The Arts District (NoDa)

NoDa Community

NoDa, or North Davidson, is Charlotte's Historic Arts District and is home to many eclectic art galleries, live music venues and local eateries. The neighborhood which surrounds the intersection of N. Davidson St. and 36th St. was a thriving textile community until the last mill closed in 1975. The NoDa neighborhood is now transforming tremendously and is appealing to a younger demographic seeking residence in a hip part of town.
